Digital Products

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, all products sold by Fairway Collections are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once your files have been delivered or made available for download.

Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund in the following situations:

You were charged more than once for the same order.
You received the wrong digital product.
The purchased file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
A technical issue on our side prevented the successful delivery of your purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:

You changed your mind after purchase.
You purchased the wrong product.
You did not read the product description before purchasing.
Your device, software, printer, or settings are incompatible with the files, where compatibility information was clearly provided.
The files have already been successfully downloaded or accessed.
